"In my heart of hearts I believe it’s about looking within. Who’s in your inner circle? What information are you consuming? What is your own bias? And what are you willing to do about it?”

Here's how Tania gets it done

As an Antiracism Educator I use my experience as a black woman who grew up in an all white suburb, my experience as an improvisor and performer, as well as my expertise in creating inclusive and equitable cultures to educate leaders and employees on antiracist vocabulary, guide them through self reflection, action planning, activation and accountability. I use my storytelling, humor, knowledge of pop culture and what is happening in the cultural zeitgeist to illuminate, challenge and push participants out of their comfort zone into the right frame of mind to be antiracist in practice and culture.

Here are some nice things clients have to say about Tania

Tania Richard’s presentation at the HRAM DEI luncheon today was thought provoking, educational, funny, serious, and just the right amount of edgy. Tania, I so appreciated your message - I left feeling refreshed and charged up to do more. Go follow Tania and check out her podcast, Tania’s Take!
